Transdermal absorption allows magnesium to be absorbed through the skin, by-passing the stomach and supporting muscle recovery. Magnesium also plays a role in allowing calcium to be released into the body which is essential for building and maintaining strong bones.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I USE THEM?

 

Best used 3-4 times a week to boost muscle recovery.

Add 4 handfuls of the flakes into warm water, swirl them around until dissolved.

For an SOS treatment after a particularly intense session, double up and add in 7-8 handfuls.

Lie back, close your eyes and let the salt, scent and warm water do the rest.

 

Also great for a foot bath when feet are achy & sore after a long day on your feet.

 

 

THE FLAKES ARE LARGE COMPARED TO OTHER SALTS, DO THEY DISSOLVE COMPLETELY?

 

The short answer is yes…although large, we select these because of their luxurious character but once in water they dissolve very quickly, leaving no gritty bits at the bottom of the bath.  As the flakes are hygroscopic we do advise that in order to preserve the quality of your salts that the bag is resealed immediately after use.

 

 

WHEN DO I USE THE BATH SOAKS?

 

After training, at the end of the day, before bed or first thing in the morning.  It is really up to you.  We have a Bath Soak created for every event!
