Three way ENERGY RITUAL Body & Shower Drops:

1- WAY

Massage 3-4 drops into your uppr chest and shoulder's before climbing into the shower.

Once under the warm water, breathe in deeply.

Exhale slowly to benefit from the uplifting scent.

Wash off as per your normal shower ritual.

*An alternative method for use in the shower:

Place 6-8 drops in a small dish at the bottom of the shower & let the warm air release the scent.

Slowly breathe in the refreshing scent.

2 - WAY

As a BATH OIL.  Add 6-8 drops in the bath.

Lie back and breathe deeply to relax and inhale the zesty benfits of the ENERGY RITUAL scent.

As a massage oil:
