ENERGY RITUAL Body & Shower Drops:

Carthamus Tinctorius (Safflower) Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) seed oil, Citrus paradisi (Grapefruit) Peel Oil, Vitis Vinifera (Grapeseed), Citrus aurantium (Neroli), *Tocopherol (Natural Vitamin E), Citrus bergamia (Bergamot) peel oil, Piper nigrum (Black Pepper) oil, Limonene, Linolol, Citral, *Citronellol .+Naturally occurs in essential oils. All certified organic. *Natural non-organic

Swirl the flakes in the bath until dissolved. Lie back & relax for 20 minutes. For maximum benefit, wrap up warmly afterwards & stay hydrated.

Children 6yrs+: 1-2 handfuls

Adults: 2- 4 handfuls

SOS Care: 4 - 8 handfuls

For best results use 2-3 times per week

Three way ENERGY RITUAL  Body & Shower Drops:

1- WAY

Massage 3-4 drops into your upper chest and shoulder's before climbing into the shower.

Once under the warm water, breathe in deeply. Exhale slowly to benefit from the calming scent. Wash off as per your normal shower ritual.

*An alternative method for use in the shower.

Place 6-8 drops in a small dish at the bottom of the shower & slowly and let the warm air release the scent. Breathe in deeply and out slowly.

2 - WAY

Use as a BATH OIL.  Add 6-8 drops in the bath.

Lie back and breathe deeply to relax and inhale the reviving benfits of the scent.

3 - WAY

As a massage and body oil:  

Target stiff and achy muscles with a body massage. Rub, smooth and massage the oil into the skin to ease the pain of sore muscles while the zesty scent helps decongest and open blocked noses and sinuses.

Alternatively, gently massage 1-2 drops into your wrists or base ofthe elbow before bedtime or as needed to help decongest and breathe easily.  

Breathe in deeply for 7 counts and out slowly for 10. Repeat

Magnesium Flakes are hygroscopic and will absorb moisture if left unopened.

Reseal quickly after opening and store in a dry, cool place.

External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
