The Pure & Essential Bathsoaks is a fragrance-free option while the Sports Recovery Bathsoak is a zesty combination of peppermint, lemon and eucalyptus botanical oils.

Magnesium bathsalts ease achy, sore or stiff muscles, relieve joint discomfit and support sleep  routines via transdermal absorption.

Both options support remineralisation and are perfect for senstive skin.

Pure & Essential Bathsoaks:  Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate flakes

Sports Recovery Bathsoaks:  Magnesium Chloride, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Eucalyptus Globulus (Eucalyptus) Leaf Oil, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Mentha Piperita (Peppermint) Oil, *Limonene, *Linalol. *Naturally occuring in essential oils.

Swirl the flakes in the bath until dissolved. Lie back & relax for 20 minutes. For maximum benefit, wrap up warmly afterwards & stay hydrated.

Children 6yrs+: 1-2 handfuls

Adults: 2- 4 handfuls

SOS Care: 4 - 8 handfuls

For best results use 2-3 times per week

Magnesium Flakes are hygroscopic and will absorb moisture if left unopened.

Reseal quickly after opening and store in a dry, cool place.

External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of reach of children.
