Preserved by time itself and sourced for its purity our pollutant free magnesium flakes relax muscles, nourish skin, replenish essential minerals and increase energy levels.

Blended with lavender, chamomile and ylang-ylang to reset circadian rhythms, help promote & prepare mind & body for a good nights sleep and fight the effects of jet lag.

Magnesium Chloride, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Lavendula Angustifolia (Lavender) Oil, Anthemis Nobilis (Roman Chamomile) Flower Oil, Cananga Odorata (Ylang Ylang) Flower Oil, *Linalol.

Swirl the flakes in the bath until dissolved. Lie back & relax for 20 minutes. For maximum benefit, wrap up warmly afterwards & stay hydrated.

Children 6yrs+: 1-2 handfuls

Adults: 2- 4 handfuls

SOS Care: 4 - 8 handfuls

For best results use 2-3 times per week

Magnesium Flakes are hygroscopic and will absorb moisture if left unopened.

Reseal quickly after opening and store in a dry, cool place.
