Three way STRESS RELIEF Body & Shower Drops:

1- WAY

Massage 3-4 drops into your upper chest and shoulder's before climbing into the shower.

Once under the warm water, breathe in deeply.

Exhale slowly to benefit from the calming scent.

Wash off as per your normal shower ritual.

*An alternative method for use in the shower.

Place 6-8 drops in a small dish at the bottom of the shower & slowly and let the warm air release the STRESS RELIEF scent.

Breathe in deeply and out slowly.

2 - WAY

Use as a BATH OIL.  Add 6-8 drops in the bath.

Lie back and breathe deeply to relax and inhale the calming benfits of the STRESS RELIEF scent.

3 - WAY

As a massage oil:  

Target stiff and achy muscles with a Stress Relief body massage.

Rub, smooth and massage the oil into the skin to relax and revive mind, body and mood.
