Three way STRESS RELIEF Body & Shower Drops:

1- WAY

Massage 3-4 drops into your décolletage before climbing into the shower.

Once under the warm water, breathe in deeply.

Exhale slowly to benefit from the calming scent.

Wash off as your as per your normal shower ritual.

*An alternative method for use in the shower.

Place 6-8 drops in a small dish at the bottom of the shower & slowly and let the warm air release the SSTRESS RELIEF scent.

Breathe in deeply and out slowly.

2 - WAY

Use as a BATH OIL.  Add 6-8 drops in the bath.

Lie back and breathe deeply to relax and inhale the calming benfits of the STRESS RELIEF scent.

3 - WAY

Gently massage 1-2 drops into your wrists and the base of your neck before bedtime or when needing a moment of calm.  Breathe in deeply for 7 counts and out slowly for 10. Repeat
